One of my absolute favorite things to do is to just hang out and have coffee with my girlfriends. Usually there's either a lot of knitting or scheming going on. This looks like a perfect place for such times. Out of the elements but still a part of the outside.

Love it...wish I was there now, I think there's a hammock just around the corner for me to lay in.
