This months Gourmet has a recipe for Salted Caramel Ice Cream that I must try. Today I ate 8 salted caramels from the candy shop at Santa Cruz. They were amazing. I can only imagine how good an ice cream in the same flavor pairing must be.

hahahah -- just found your blog. I ate four salted caramels that I purchased at my local farmstand in NH---Y U M !!!!! This ice cream sounds fantastic.

It's amazing. BiRite ice cream in Sf it. Last time we went, I paired it with a scoop of Snickerdoodle and then climbed to the top of Dolores Park to enjoy in the sun with a gorgeous view.
