I've been working on a project this week for a Textiles class I'm taking; printing on fabric. Bee's are my chosen subject. This is something I've been wanting to do for quite some time but just haven't gotten around to. Now there's a deadline. That's highly motivating for me.
Last night I carved a lino block & it was fun! Really. I usually don't like the process of making things, just the end result but this I really liked. My main reference for this project has been 'Printing by Hand' by Lena Corwin. If this subject is of interest to you, I highly recommend that you pick it up.
