Getting Personal

Today was my last chemo treatment! I don't have lots of profound words to say about it. I'm still working out all of my thoughts and feelings on the subject and imagine I will be for awhile. I don't really know what comes next. I'm not going to worry about it. Here's what I do know, cancer sucks. Friends and family and people loving you doesn't, that's the exact opposite. Thanks blog friends, for your part in all of this. You've been real in a virtual (and vulnerable) part of my world and that's kind of amazing.

Personality

I love rooms that are full to the brim but still have a sense of structure. Here the bookcase doors and drawers allow for things to be stored away but still pique interest by letting us see just what's inside. I'd like a pair of my own.

Starting the new year organization in the closet will be for me a way to accomplish two things at once. The first one being the obvious, having a clean and organized closet. The second, an opportuninty to revamp my wardrobe!

Nostalgia

There's nothing that brings me back to days spent at Grandma's like an old fashioned, handmade throw. However, I'm not a fan of the acrylic yarn that was often used to make them. Toast offers this pretty throw made from wool, imagine the warmth! I adore it.
