Did you ever move into a new house as a child? I remember how exciting it was to look forward to a new bedroom. We moved through six places as I was growing up. In each place, my siblings and I would hash out who was going where and who we'd be sharing with. It was such fun. I can just imagine moving into this pretty little room...

These stairs will lead you to the fantastic dressmaker's shop of Karlee Slater. I am studying pattern making this semester (something I've been looking forward to for ages) so of course, I'd love to take a field trip here. Her shop, The Golden Age is in Melbourn, Australia, where she makes the most beautiful vintage style clothing.
